Alice was born in Athens around February 2012. She is a mix of Golden Retriever and Pit Bull. She was living in the streets in a bad condition for two months since her new "human" family found her. Unfed, tired and afraid of every single noise near her.How They Met:
She was found on the street alone when accidentally she saw a young couple walking out of their door. It was a love at first sight. They took her and fed her as best as they knew. They did not have any experience with dogs so they did not know how to treat her properly. Although they decided to keep her as streets in Greece aren't the safest for dogs.
Growing Up:
In the meantime Alice was growing up and trying to get used to her new life.Of course she went to the vet and as he diagnosed, she had an ear infection. Eating all her food and taking her medication for two weeks straight made her feel much better. She is now around 20kg with no pathological issues.
Food:
Alice is an easy dog concerning food. She can eat anything you give her happily. Chicken with rice is her favourite though. Every day she eats her meals, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
Walks:
She goes for a walk without strap every morning for 30 minutes. She runs and plays with her master and sub master. When the time comes to return home, with one command she knows the way back and waits for the door to open.
Summer Vacations:
Every year Alice goes on vacation with her Family. She especially loves sea water. She can swim in the sea and run on the beach for hours until she gets tired and asks for water. Although she loves pools for a strange reason and jumps in the water some times.
Guardian:
Alice is not only a pet. She is a member of the Family equivalent to the other members. Her role is to protect and warn for danger in any form.
She is now 1 and a half years old and very happy. She knows one master, she trusts one master, she follows one master, but she loves everyone around her.
